What you book, and what turns up

You book a vehicle class, not a registration number. That is worth knowing before you compare us against a site promising a specific model, because the promise is usually the same underneath and only the wording differs.

QuicReach runs three classes. A sedan is generally a Swift Dzire or an equivalent compact sedan. The SUV class is served by an Ertiga or an Innova, and which of the two is assigned to your booking depends on price and availability for that route and that time slot. For larger groups, a bus can be arranged on request.

We do not name the exact model at booking because it is not a promise we could keep on every route at every hour, and a broken vehicle promise at 4 AM is worse than an honest one at the time of booking. If the distinction genuinely matters for your trip, six adults with six full-size suitcases being the usual case, tell support and we will work to put an Innova on it.

    Office moves, wedding parties and anything from roughly eight or nine people upward. Larger buses are arranged on request beyond that.

The SUV class is not limited to airport runs. It is the usual choice for outstation travel, where the third row and the boot earn their keep over six or seven hours rather than forty minutes. Same arrangement as the airport service: you book the class and the fare is quoted before you confirm. Outstation starts from ₹10 per km, and that rate is how the quote is built rather than a meter running during the trip, so a slow ghat section costs you time and not money.

Can I book an Innova airport taxi in Bangalore?

Will I definitely get an Innova?

Not guaranteed, and we would rather say so upfront. You book a vehicle class, not a specific model. How many passengers fit in an Innova airport taxi?

How much luggage fits in the SUV class?

Around four large suitcases plus cabin bags. Beyond that the passenger count has to come down, because the space comes from folding the rear row. If you are close to the limit, book the SUV rather than the sedan and mention the bag count.

Innova or Ertiga: does the difference matter?

For most airport runs, no. Both seat six with luggage and both are air conditioned. The Innova has more boot space and a more comfortable third row, which starts to matter on a long outstation leg or with six adults and full-size suitcases. For a 40 km airport transfer with four people, either is fine.

What if I need more than six seats?

Take a tempo traveller rather than booking two cabs. It is a minibus with a driver, commonly 9 to 17 seats, and it keeps the group together instead of splitting you across vehicles you then have to coordinate.
